Returns

Full-priced merchandise with the original tags attached will be accepted for up to 14 days after purchase and a refund or store credit will be issued in the original form of payment. All items purchased on sale are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent to you. 

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Copper-Rivet.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to process a return and refund/store credit for you.

Please note that all items must be unworn and in its original and new condition to be eligible for any returns. In order to do a return, please refrain from applying any fragrances (perfume, cologne, etc.) and/or oily substances (lotion, sunscreen, etc.) that would change the new condition of our shipped product(s). If we find that the purchased product(s) have been adulterated in any way upon receipt, we will not be able to process/issue your return. If the purchased item we receive has been worn and has been altered with a scent we will send back the item and will not be able to process your return.

Item(s) purchased from Copper-Rivet.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund/store credit, within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Please keep your receipt or tracking number of your return package. Additionally, informing Copper-Rivet.com that your return package is on the way and taking a photo of the receipt or sending us the tracking number of your return package can help us better serve you and expedite the process of your refund.

To return an item(s) for a refund/store credit just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned (optional). A refund/store credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

OTHER REFUND POLICIES:

Copper-Rivet.com will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information. If there are any issues with your shipment, we kindly ask that you file a claim for your package for full reimbursement. Please contact us for more information on how to file for a claim for your lost or stolen package.

Shipping costs will not be refunded if a customer requests a refund after the package/order has a tracking status of Returned to Sender due to a package being Refused, a Redelivery that was scheduled and could not be completed, or if there was any problem with the shipping address or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (No Such Address, No Such Number, Insufficient Address, etc.). Copper-Rivet.com will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information and claim their package with USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent to you.


INTERNATIONAL REFUND/RETURN POLICIES:

All policies mentioned above apply to International and Canada orders as well.

Please note that shipping fees and customs/duties fees are non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Full-priced merchandise with the original tags attached will be accepted for up to 14 days after purchase for an exchange. Exchange can only be processed for size exchanges of the same product.

We will be able to ship your exchange to you FREE of CHARGE from our facilities. Please note, the only exception is that our policy does not provide return shipping labels. Therefore, customers must send their exchange to our facilities at their own cost. 


Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Copper-Rivet.com.

If for any reason you had received a damaged or defective item, we will be able to process an exchange for you upon evidence of this damage/defect.

Please note, this request will go through a brief investigation with our Production Department to make sure that the item had not been tampered with and in fact a manufacturing defect. The following policies will apply for all exchanges:
